| Reservations are required to be secured by a 50% deposit within 7 days after making a reservation. The balance is required 60 days prior to guests’ arrival. If cancellation is made within 60 days of guests arrival no deposit monies received will be refunded. For reservations in the Festive Season, the final balance is due by September 1st. There after, all monies are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable in full (less 10% administration fee) if written notice of cancellation is received by the Management Company in writing at least 60 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. The Management Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due dates listed. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or weather related problems – We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance to avoid those unforeseen moments!! Reservation Terms
50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in Winter, 30 days in Summer. The deposit is refundable less $100 cancellation fee, provided cancellation is received 61 days prior to arrival in winter, 31 days in Summer, and 91 days at Christmas.
After the cancellation date payment is non-refundable, therefore Travel Insurance is Strongly Recommended.

There are direct flights to St. Maarten from the U.S. mainland or Europe, followed by a short 5 min. flight or 20 min. ferry ride to Anguilla. American Airlines flies to Puerto Rico and American Eagle flies directly to Anguilla from San Juan daily.
